All guests must read and sign this form prior to all kayak tours. All individuals in the party must sign. A parent or legal guardian must sign for children 17 years old and younger. Thank you!

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Tours cancelled 30 days within scheduled trip will receive a 100% refund. Tours cancelled within 14 days of scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund. Tours cancelled within 7 days of scheduled trip are subject to 100% of the total tour cost. Tours cancelled by Kenai Kayak Company will receive a 100% refund.
