PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-
Weather in the area is liable to change quickly. KKC monitors the weather daily, especially prevailing wind conditions. In the occurrence of weather changes, for safety reasons, trips may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled with no prior notice. If this occurs, we will maintain good communication to meet your needs.
-
In the occurrence of a trip cancellation due to weather, clients will receive a 100% refund
-
We will still kayak if it is raining! Believe it or not, the lake conditions tend to be calmest when it is raining. Bring layers, rain gear, and a good attitude, and you will have an enjoyable trip.
-
We provide tandem kayaks for ALL paddlers- they are stable, and you may find it more fun to have a paddle buddy after kayaking for multiple hours
-
To ensure safety, there is a weight and height limit of 6'5" (193cm) and 240 lb (108 kg). Please let us know if you have any concerns, and we will be happy to answer any questions.
